Instructions - Awesome Brownie
You will Need
3 eggs
180 ml ( 3/4 cup ) vegetable oil
5 ml ( 1tsp ) of vanilla
Generously butter or oil spary a
9" x 13" ( 23cm x 33cm) Baking Pan
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 C)
In a large bowl beat eggs, oil and vanila together. Add Brownie mix
and stir well until all ingredients are combined. Pour into baking pan
and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the
center comes out sticky but not doughy. Do not overbake.
Leave brownies in pan and cool on a wire rack before cutting.
