Instructions - Chicken Noodle

You will Need

2.5 liters (10) cups of water
2 cups of diced cooked chicken
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, heat water to boiling. Add all of soup mix and diced cooked chicken. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 12 minutes. Season to taste and serve.

For that genuine homemade flavor, begin by dicing 2 chicken breasts or 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs. Stir-fry the meat in 2 tablespoon of oil along with a couple of cloves of freshly crushed garlic. Once the meat is cooked, add the chicken to the boiling water, and follow directions on the package of soup mix. If you’re in a hurry or need a way to use up leftover chicken, turkey or any other fowl, then this is a good place to do it.

Variations
For more intense flavor, substitute half of the water with chicken broth or to make a larger quantity, add the recommended amount of water and however much chicken broth needed to make the amount you require.
