Instructions - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

You Will Need

For firm Cookies
150 ml (2/3 cup) softened butter or margarine

For soft and chewy cookies
175 ml (3/4 cup) softened Butter or margarine

1 Egg
5 ml ( 1 tsp ) vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 F ( 180 C ) In a mixing bowl, beat butter, egg, and vanilla together with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add cookie mix and STIR with a wooden or mixing spoon until
all ingredients are well blended and a moist dough is formed.

Drop by rounded tablespoon 5 cm (2 inches) apart onto lightly buttered cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown in color. Remove from oven. Let cookies
set on baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to rack to cool completely.

* To keep cookies fresh and moist, store in an air-tight container.
