Spell Casting - How to cast a spell

Spell casting is a way to change the future or make things happen as a result of a spell.  It is often performed by witches, wiccans or spell casters who engage in the art of witchcraft, wicca, voodoo, santeria, or obeah.  It is associated with occult communities and is performed by white magic practitioners and dark magic practitioners. It can involve blessings placed upon a person, rain dances, curses placed upon a person, the charging of charms or talismans, often used for protection. 

Magic rituals come through several different forms. There is the typical “arcane” form of spell casting. This is done using body movements, the use of objects and words spoken that create a magical atmosphere and force changes to the environment.

There is also psychic spell casting, which involves the use of the mind in psychic ways to focus on an individual or situation and change the outcome. 

Spiritual spell casting involves the manipulation of divine energy using the strength of the spirits.  Deities can be called upon as part of a spell in order to make results happen.  There are a number of techniques that use spirits to guide the energy of the spell. 

Witchcraft spell casting involves the use of natural energies from the Universe in order to make things happen.  It involves chanting, the burning of candles, meditation and the reciting of incantations in order to create new endings to scenarios.  It can involve performing special rituals designed to change the environment.  Herbs are commonly used in spell casting among witches, wiccans and wizards. 

Divine spell casting uses the energy derived specifically from a deity.  The deity can be one of several used in the spell caster’s belief system.  Sometimes a spell uses a sacrifice, which can be an animal sacrifice, the destruction of a valuable object or the destruction and sacrifice of money. 

Spell casting can involve the harnessing of energy from the Universe and creates spells that do not usually alter the natural order of life.  They are milder spells that are used for things like protection from harm.  Other spells can be done in the extreme.  This is called manipulative spell casting and can change the natural order of things.  Manipulative rituals should be done with care and only by a skilled practitioner of magic. 

So should you take spell casting on yourself or should you use a specialist?  It depends on what kind of spell you are interested in.  In a protective or harnessing spell, little harm can come to you if you don’t do the spell well or the spell is insufficient.  You can try these types of spells yourself and should expect no harm to come to you or to anyone else if the spell goes awry. 
If you want to do a harnessing spell as part of your spell casting, you may wish to use the services of a specialist in spell casting.  This can be a Wicca witch or other type of witch or wizard.  The individual can do the spell casting on your behalf and you can feel relatively safe that the spell will work and be safe in the process.
